Major order for battery cell production
Shortly before the end of last year, we were able to win another follow-up order from a well-known automobile manufacturer of electric vehicles.
After we have already delivered 30 feeders for battery cell production in 2022, and another 10 systems are about to be delivered, we have now been awarded another order with an even higher number of units for this year.
With our compact feeding units, we were able to score points with maximum performance with minimal footprint and convince the automobile manufacturer of our feeding technology.
Combined feeding technology in a space-saving version
The combination feed block (KZB for short) is a compact feed unit for industrial mass-produced parts and is used to store the workpieces to be fed in a space-saving manner and to sort them for removal by the customer.
Our modular system can combine all components in a very small space, from the storage and dosing bunker to the vibratory spiral conveyor to the individual provision of workpieces.
In this system, the storage bunker is arranged above the vibratory spiral conveyor to save space, so that no additional space is required for an external storage bunker.
